Welcome to BCoal
BCoal LLC, is a Florida based company, which was created expressly to present a limited public offering of our coal reserves at a substantial discount. Headquartered in North Miami Beach, Florida, we’ve partnered with experienced industry stakeholders to bring this opportunity to market.
We control more than 20 million tons of coal in Fulton County, Illinois—an asset we’ve preserved for nearly a decade while awaiting favorable conditions. With domestic energy policy moving back toward traditional fuels, we believe now is the right time to act.
Special Offer
We are releasing 5,000,000 tons of our reserve coal to the public at a discounted price of just $24 per ton. The current market price for Illinois Basin coal is $47 per ton ((source), as of April 4, 2025).
Production is scheduled to begin in April 2026, as we finalize logistics and complete the development of necessary infrastructure. The processed coal will be sold to local utility companies at full market price and also exported to meet the urgent demand for reliable energy resources abroad.

What is Coal
Coal is a combustible black or brownish-black sedimentary rock made mostly of carbon, along with hydrogen, sulfur, oxygen, and nitrogen. It’s formed from the remains of ancient plants that lived in swamps millions of years ago, especially during the Carboniferous Period (about 300 million years ago).

How is Coal Formed?
STEP 01
Plant material dies in swampy areas and accumulates.
STEP 02
It gets buried under layers of sediment.
STEP 03
Heat and pressure build up over time.
STEP 04
Over millions of years, the material turns into peat, then into different types of coal.
Peat
Not technically coal yet; very low carbon.
Lignite (brown coal)
Lowest rank of true coal; soft, low energy.
Sub-bituminous
More carbon, used for electricity.
Bituminous
Common in power plants and industry; higher heat.
Anthracite
Hardest, highest carbon content, burns cleanest and hottest.
